Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Cooks in foil tray provided. Remove card sleeve, film and sauce sachet before cooking.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 60 mins
Preheat oven. Place the bacon, in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven carefully open the glaze sachet and pour the contents over the joint. Return to the middle shelf of the oven for a further 10-15 minutes, basting throughout.
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before carving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
