Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Hob - From Chilled - 5-8 mins.
Remove all packaging. Place shredded savoy cabbage in a saucepan of boiling water, bring back to the boil. Simmer for time indicated above. Drain and serve.
Microwave - From Chilled - 700W 4 1/2 mins. 800W 4 mins. 900W 3 1/2 mins.
Pierce film. Place shredded savoy cabbage bag onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated. Allow to stand for 1 minute before opening bag and serving.
Steam - From Chilled - 8-10 mins.
Remove all packaging. Steam over a pan of simmering water for time indicated above.
Stir Fry - From Chilled - 3 mins.
Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a heavy base frying pan or wok and stir fry for time indicated above.
