Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Remove all packaging.
Remove stalk and roughly shred leaves.
Wash thoroughly before use.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Hob - From Chilled - Boil & Simmer 4-5 mins.
Place York cabbage in a saucepan of boiling water, bring back to the boil.
Simmer for time indicated above.
Drain and serve.
Microwave - From Chilled - 650W 4 1/2 mins.
750W 4 mins.
850W 3 1/2 mins.
Place York cabbage onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Steam - From Chilled - 10-15 mins.
Steam over a pan of simmering water for time indicated above.
