Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Frozen - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen.
Preheat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a pan over a high heat. Place the seafood mix in the pan and cook for 3 minutes over a high heat, stirring occasionally. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
