Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Frozen - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
For best results always cook from frozen.
Preheat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a pan over a high heat. Place the prawns in the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of water and cook for a further 5 minutes over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
