Cooking Guidelines
Microwave - From Frozen - 700W 4-6 mins., 800W 3-5 mins., 900W 2-4 mins.
Place 160g of very fine whole green beans into a microwaveable container and add 2-3 tbsp of water and heat for times indicated, stirring halfway through heating. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
Hob - From Frozen - 4-6 mins.
Place very fine green beans into saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time shown. Drain and serve.
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking Times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
