If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 12-15 mins
Preheat oven. Wrap the hake loosely in parchment paper. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 12-15mins.
Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Place the hake in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
