Cooking Guidelines
Microwave - From Frozen - 650W, 3 1/2 mins. 750W, 3 mins. 850W, 2 1/2 mins.
Place 160g of supersweet sweetcorn kernels onto a microwaveable plate and add 2-3 tablespoons of water, cover and cook for times indicated, stirring halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen - 6-7 mins.
Preheat a teaspoon of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Place the supersweet sweetcorn kernels in pan and cook gently for time indicated.
Steam - From Frozen - 2-3 Mins.
Place supersweet sweetcorn kernels in a steamer or on a plate. Steam over a pan of simmering water for time indicated above. 6-7 mins
Hob - From Frozen - 3-4 Mins.
Place supersweet sweetcorn kernels in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time shown. Drain and serve with a knob of butter if desired.
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen.
