Cooking Guidelines
Microwave - From Frozen - 650W 9 mins., 750W 7 mins., 850W 6 1/2 mins.
Place 160g of diced onion into a microwaveable container and add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for times indicated. Stirring half way through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen - 5-7 mins.
Preheat a teaspoon of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Place diced onion in pan and cook gently for time indicated, stir frequently.
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
