Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
Hob - From Chilled - 3-5 mins.
Remove all packaging. Place broccoli florets in a saucepan of boiling water, bring back to the boil. Simmer for time indicated above. Drain and serve.
Microwave - From Chilled - 700W 5 mins. 800W 4 1/2 mins. 900W 4 mins.
Pierce film. Place broccoli florets bag onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated. Allow to stand for 1 minute before opening bag and serving. Handle carefully when opening bag as it may release hot steam.
Steam - From Chilled - 8-10 mins.
Remove all packaging. Steam over a pan of simmering water for time indicated above.
