If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over Medium heat. Place chops in the pan and cook gently for the time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Grill - From Chilled - 14-16 mins.
Preheat grill to a Medium heat. Place chops under grill and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
