Preheat grill to a Medium heat. Place gammon steaks under grill and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.

Preheat 5 ml of oil in a pan over Medium heat. Place gammon steaks in the pan and cook gently for the time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
