Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see top of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Cooks in foil tray provided. Remove film and label before cooking.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 mins. per kg + 20 mins. Extra
Preheat oven. Place the chicken, in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, basting throughout. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the breast and thigh, if the chicken is cooked the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.
Once Cooked, Cover with Foil and Allow to Rest for 10 Minutes Before Carving. Do Not Reheat.
