Defrost:
Remove from all packaging, place on a plate with glaze sachet, cover. Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours. Once defrosted, use immediately.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - For best results cook from defrost.
The following instructions are guidelines only. Wash hands, utensils and all surfaces after handling raw poultry. Do not wash poultry before cooking. Ensure the product is piping hot, thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains before serving. Cooking time may vary slightly due to size and thickness of portion.
Oven cook - From Frozen - Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 6. Remove from all packaging, place glaze sachet into a bowl of hot water. Place on a baking tray in a single layer near top of the oven for 25 minutes, turning half way through cooking. Drizzle glaze over the wings and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
