Keep refrigerated at 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days and by date shown. Suitable for home freezing but for best results keep refrigerated. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use and reheat as stated in reheating instructions. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook - From Chilled - Remove outer packaging. As ovens vary the following are guidelines only.
Pre-heat oven to 200°C (Electric) / 180°C (Fan) / Gas mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven. Reheat for approximately 15 - 20 minutes until piping hot throughout.
