Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only.
Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not refreeze.
Grill - From Frozen - 1. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.
2. Remove required number of patties from packaging.
3. Place on to the wire rack of a grill pan.
4. Grill for 11 minutes. Turn occasionally, reducing the heat if necessary.
Oven cook - From Frozen - Fan 180°C/gas 6 for 19 minutes
For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.
1 Pre-heat oven and remove required number of patties from packaging.
2 Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 19 minutes.
3 Turn halfway through cooking time.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen - 1. Remove required number of patties from packaging.
2. Pre-heat a frying pan, lightly spray with low-calorie cooking spray and add the required number of patties.
3. Fry over a medium heat for 7 minutes. Turn frequently, reducing the heat if necessary.
Shallow Fry - From Defrost - Remove from all packaging and place on a serving plate. Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
1. Repeat pan-cook instruction, reducing the cook time to 6 minutes.
