Keep refrigerated at 0ºC to + 4ºC. Suitable for home freezing but for best results keep refrigerated. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use and reheat as stated in reheating instructions. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Remove outer packaging and leave in the foil tray.
Pre-heat oven to 200ºC (Electric) / 180ºC (Fan) / Gas Mark 6.
Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven.
Reheat for approximately 20-25 minutes until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
