Preparation and Usage
For the Perfect Porridge
1 Measure 2 level scoops (30g) of Flahavan's Quick Oats Natural into a microwaveable bowl.
2 Add 4 scoops (170ml) of cold water/milk in a deep bowl allowing over an inch at the top of the bowl for the oats to cook.
3 Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir and serve.
This is based on 800W microwave. Cooking times will vary according to microwave wattage. As with any hot product please be careful.
Quick Oats Porridge can also be prepared quickly on the hob.
Wash and dry scoop after use.
