Microwave - From Chilled - Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 5 mins in 900W appliance, 5 mins 40 secs for 800W and 6 mins 25 secs for 700W appliances.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Place on middle shelf of preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes.
