Hob - From Ambient - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
15-25 mins.
Per serving, rinse 45g of buckwheat thoroughly with cold water. Add the buckwheat to a saucepan of 105ml of cold water. Cover and bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for time indicated above, until the buckwheat absorbs the water. Turn off the heat and allow to stand, covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
