Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 1 hr. 40 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the joint on a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil.
Place joint on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
