180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 25-28 mins
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Remove sleeve and wrapper and replace the cheese into the ceramic dish. Make a cross-shaped cut into the top of the cheese and place on an ovenproof tray, for time indicated and bake for 25 minutes, until the cheese is molten.
