Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Cook in foil tray provided. Remove card sleeve and film before cooking.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 55-60 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the chicken crown in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated above, basting throughout. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the breast, if the chicken is cooked the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat.
