Preparation and Usage
Serving Suggestion
Put 40g of the overnight oats into a suitable container/ bowl. Add approx. 120ml of apple juice (can use dairy or plant based alternatives, other juice of choice), stir & cover. Refridgerate for a minimum of 2 hours and ideally overnight. Remove from fridge, add a heaped tablespoon of natural yogurt, stir & enjoy. Where desired, add toppings of choice: chopped nuts, grated apple/pear, fresh berries or mixed seeds to give yourself a truely unique breakfast experience.
