Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Place rashers in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Grill - From Chilled - 5-7 mins.
Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Place rashers under grill and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
