200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30-35 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the chicken on a foil lined baking tray. Brush with a little melted butter and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated until all juices run clear.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat.
