Remove sleeve and film lid.
Note: foil tray is suitable to be placed in the microwave.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Microwave - From Chilled - 700W, 8 mins.
800W, 7 mins.
900W, 6 mins.
Place foil tray onto a microwaveable plate and heat for time indicated, gently stir product halfway through cooking and return for remaining time or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven cook - From Frozen - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 33-35 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place foil onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Stir product halfway during cooking and cook for time indicated.
