Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Always Check the Product is Piping Hot Throughout Before Serving. Do Not Reheat Once Cooked. Take Care as Product Will Be Very Hot.
Hob - From Ambient - Place 30g of organic porridge oats into a saucepan. Add 160ml of water or milk and stir. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Microwave - From Ambient - 700W 3 mins, 800W 2 1/2 mins, 900W 2 min.
Add 30g of organic porridge oats into a large microwaveable bowl. Add 160ml of water or milk and stir. Do not cover. Place bowl in microwave and heat on full power for times indicated. Remove from microwave, stir well and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
