Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Remove from outer packaging.
Pierce film lid several times.
For best results always cook from frozen.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Take care as product will be very hot.
Microwave - From Frozen - 700W 10 mins. 800W 9 mins. 900W 8 mins.
Place onto a microwaveable plate and cook on full power for 5 minutes (700W, 800W & 900W).
- Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice, stir rice and sauce and re-cover.
- Cook on full power for 5 minutes (700W) 4 minutes (800W) 3 minutes (900W).
- Allow to stand for 1 minute.
- Remove film lid, stir and serve.
Oven cook - From Frozen - 200°C/180°Fan/Gas mark 6, 40 mins.
- Preheat oven to required temperature shown above
- Place tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
- Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice, stir rice and sauce and re-cover.
- Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute.
- Remove film lid, stir and serve.
