Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliance, the following are guidelines only.
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times before cooking.
Microwave - From Chilled - 700W, 6 mins, 800W 5 mins. 900W, 4 mins
Place onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and serve.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 18-20 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for times indicated. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and serve.
