To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the chicken. If the chicken is cooked, juices will run clear; if not, continue to cook and repeat the check.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 15-20 mins
Oven: Preheat oven. Place tenders on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for the time indicated, turning once.
Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.
