- Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours.
- Once thawed do not refreeze.
- This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted to chill temperature under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect the quality.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove card sleeve and pierce film lid in several places.
Remove film lid, fork through and serve.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Microwave - From Chilled - 800W 2 1/2 mins., 900W 2 mins.
Place tray on to a microwaveable plate and cook for the time indicated. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 22 mins.
Preheat oven. Place tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
