Drain and serve.

750W 6 1/2 mins.
850W 6 mins.
Place curly kale onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Steam - From Chilled - 10-12 mins.
Steam over a pan of simmering water for time indicated above.
