Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30-40 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place 160g of carrot and parsnip mix on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven with 2 tbsp of oil, mix and cook for time indicated.
Microwave - From Frozen - 650W 8-10 mins., 750W 7-9 mins., 850W 6-8 mins.
Place 160g of carrot and parsnip mix into a microwaveable container and add 2-3 tbsp of water and cook for times indicated, stirring halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
Hob - From Frozen - 6-8 mins.
Place carrot and parsnip mix in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time shown. Drain and serve.
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
