200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25-28 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place fillets on a baking tray on the top shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
