Serves 1
Hot Chocolate
Preparation:
1. Heat a mug (200ml) of milk in a saucepan or microwave.
2. In the meantime, mix 1 heaped teaspoon of Cocoa Powder in a mug with a splash of cold milk.
3. Stir well to make a smooth paste.
4. Add the heated milk and stir vigorously.
5. If too bitter, sweeten with sugar to taste.
