Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the meat to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking.
6-8 mins.
Pan Fry: Preheat 5 ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place the chops in pan and cook gently for time indicated until all juices run clear, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
