Cooking Instructions - General - Ensure soup is thoroughly heated and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Hob - From Chilled - Give the carton a good shake and pour contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 5 minutes, stirring frequently but don't let it boil.
Microwave - From Chilled - Give the carton a good sauce and pour 250g into a microwaveable bowl stand on a microwaveable plate. Heat at 800 for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking, stand for 2 minutes. Stir before serving.

Pretend You're Dining Out:
Add a vibrant coloured pesto to the soup. It's great fun bashing this together with a pestle & mortar. The trick is to have top notch ingredients. Blend together 110g fresh basil, 150w olive oil, 25g pine kernels and 2 garlic cloves. Fold in 50g grated parmesan. Season with salt to taste.
