Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Ready, set, create!
Line a tray with baking paper and preheat your oven at 200°C/180°C (fan) / Gas Mark 6.
1. Peel the label and twist fully to release the dough (a small 'pop' is normal - think of it as waking up the dough).
2. Unroll the dough, and spread the cinnamon sugar evenly, leaving 1cm from each edge.
3. Starting from the left, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 4-6 pieces, depending on how many you'd like.
4. Now place on your tray, brush with egg wash, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
5. Empty the icing sugar into a bowl, add 1-2 teaspoons of water, and stir until smooth. Let your swirls cool slightly, then drizzle the icing over the top.

A very sharp knife helps cut the log without squishing the pastry!
