History - Jean-Max Roger is a family business located in the wine-growing village of Bué in the heart of the Sancerre vineyards.
It cultivates and refines the know-how of several generations to offer you wines that combine structure and elegance, from its 35 hectares of vineyards in Sancerre and Menetou-Salon and its trading activity in the Sancerre, Menetou-Salon and Pouilly-Fumé Appellations.

Regional Information - Made from ancestral plots in the village of Bué, this wine has forged the taste of several generations of our family. It is the genesis of our estate. The Caillottes de Bué produce an elegant, fine and smooth wine.
Vinification Details - Direct pneumatic pressing, cold static settling for 48 to 72 hours, then racking.
Long fermentation using indigenous yeasts or sequential yeasting at controlled temperature.
Ageing on total fermentation lees until the first racking between February and April.
