Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove outer packaging.
7-8 mins.
- Remove film lid and remove both the dressing and pine nut pots.
- Preheat a tablespoon (10ml) of oil in a pan over a medium heat.
- Add vegetables and pine nuts to pan and cook gently for 6-7 minutes, turning occasionally until vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.
- Add the contents of the dressing tub to the pan, mix well and continue to cook for 1 minute to heat through.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
