- Store in a dark, cool dry place.
Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Wash before use. Peel if required.
Hob - From Ambient - 20 mins.
- Place potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water, bring back to the boil.
- Simmer for time indicated above.
- Drain and serve.
Steam - From Ambient - 20 mins.
- Steam over a pan of simmering water for the time indicated above.
Shallow Fry - From Ambient - Roast
220°C/400°C/Gas Mark 6
Fan assisted oven 200°C, 48 mins.
- Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.
- Place the peeled potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Drain thoroughly.
- Place potatoes in a pre-heated baking tray containing oil, turning after 20 minutes.
- Cook for a further 20 minutes until golden brown.
Microwave - From Ambient - 650W, 9-10 mins.
750W, 8-9 mins.
850W, 7-8 mins.
- Prick potatoes with a fork.
- Place onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute.
