Regional Information - Domaine de Cibadiès overlooks the Canal du Midi valley.
Vinification Details - Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve their freshness. Part of the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a clear,precise juice,while rapid maceration extracts a light pinkish tint and adds structure.
