Cooking Guidelines
Boil - From Ambient - 1. Allow 75g of pasta per person
2. Add the pasta to a large saucepan of boiling, salted water. Stir and return to the boil.
3. For al dente reduce the heat and simmer for 7 mins and up to 8 minutes for more tender pasta.
4. Drain well and serve immediately.
