Multiple - From Chilled - Cook them the Milano way
1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to the temperature below.
2. Unwrap the dough balls. Remove sachet and place to one side.
3. Oven: Place tray on middle shelf.
4. Air fryer: Place dough balls evenly in parchment paper lined basket.
5. Cook to the timings below. Open the sachet and drizzle over the doughballs after cooking. Rest for 2 minutes.
6. Shake to coat in garlic butter and hot honey drizzle, dig in and enjoy!
For best results cook from chilled
From chilled
Electric - 200°C - 7-9 mins
Fan - 180°C - 7-9 mins
Gas - Mark 6 - 7-9 mins
Air fryer - 170°C - 2-3 mins
Make sure your dough balls are piping hot before serving and do not reheat once cooled. Remember these are just guidelines - as any seasoned pizzaiolo will tell you, every oven is different!
