Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen - Oven Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Based on full pack
Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Remove from all packaging and place fish on a pre-heated baking tray near the top of the oven. 20 minutes into cooking time add chips on a separate baking tray in a single layer and cook for a further 20-25 minutes. Shake the fish baking tray during cooking to prevent sticking. Turn chips halfway through the cooking time. Alternatively, pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Remove from all packaging. Place fish on a pre-heated baking tray near the top of the oven for 43-45 minutes. Shake baking tray throughout the cooking to prevent sticking. Cook the chips in an air fryer as per the instructions on the chip bag
