- Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date, see front of pack.
- Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
- Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and consume within 24 hours.
Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Remove all packaging and allow the steak to come up to room temperature for 15 minutes. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper before cooking.
180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4
Rare: 10 minutes / Medium: 12 minutes / Well done: 15 minutes
- Preheat oven.
- While the oven is heating up preheat a table spoon of oil in an oven proof pan over a high heat.
- Sear the steak all over, add a generous amount of butter and baste.
- Transfer the pan with the meat to the middle shelf of the oven and cook for times indicated. Remove from the oven and transfer the meat to a chopping board.
Caution: Take care when removing from the oven as the handle of the pan will be extremely hot.
Preparation and Usage
A guide to cooking the perfect steak!
1 Allow your steak to come up to room temperature for 15 minutes before you cook it.
2 Sear the steak all over on a high heat to seal in all the juices and flavours.
3 Transfer the steak to a preheated oven and cook to your preferred temperature.
4 Allow your steak to rest for 5 minutes and carve into slices with the resting juices poured over.
Cooking Times
Rare - 10 minutes
Medium - 12 minutes
Well done - 15 minutes

Serving Suggestion:
Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes.
For best results, carve into thick slices and pour over the juices that remain in the pan.
Do not reheat.
Steak Cooking Guide:
Rare: Seared on the outside with a dark red centre.
Medium: Seared on the outside with a pink juicy centre.
Well done: Cooked well the whole way through.
