Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the chops to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Medium 8-10 mins.
Well Done 10-12 mins.
Preheat a pan over a high heat. Sear chops on both sides, reduce the heat to medium and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Allow chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
