Remove all packaging and allow the burger pucks to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking.<br/> 4 mins.<br/> - Preheat 5ml of oil in a large pan over a high heat.<br/> - Working quickly, put the pucks into the pan, place a square of parchment paper over them and using a strong spatula or meat press, smash into thin burgers.<br/> - Remove the parchment and generously season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.<br/> - Cook for 2 minutes until the cracked edges get nice and crispy, turn and cook for a further 2 minutes, again seasoning generously.<br/> For best results, allow the burgers to rest for 2 minutes before serving.<br/> Do not reheat.<br/> Food safety tip: Wash all surfaces, utensils and hands after contact with raw meat.
