Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted to chill temperatures under controlled conditions.
Further freezing will not affect the quality.

Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
5-8 mins.
Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place prawns in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Serving suggestion: Just before cooking, mix the prawns with some freshly chopped ginger, chilli and garlic.
